Zusammenfassung:The objective of this study is the valorization of polluted river sediments, after treatment by stabilization, into self-compacting materials. The article is divided into three parts. The first part presents the process of treatment, which was selected to stabilize the organic and inorganic pollutants present in sediments. The second part deals with the experimental testing and methodology followed in this study. The last part is devoted to the study and analysis of the main results of valorization of the treated sediments included in the composition of a self-compacting material intended for backfill trenches. Several formulations with different ratio of sediments, sand, cement and lime were investigated. The main properties determined were the immediate bearing capacity ratio and the compressive strength at 28 days. The selected formulation is composed of 75% of treated sediments, 25% of sand, 2% of cement and 4% of lime.
