Zusammenfassung: | A physical sublimation process, generally used for the metals, has been applied to an amino acid, glycine. When this molecule is submitted by this physical process, it could acquire new chemical and physical properties so new therapeutic activities. We have studied the differences of the two glycine forms in solid state and in aqueous solution using the physical and chemical analysis. This study has been carried out with the following techniques: differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analyses (TG), thermostimulated current (TSC) and electrochemical impedance. |
