Zusammenfassung:The single-carrier transport equations which apply to conduction in a semi-insulator, with and without traps, are solved numerically, in the static case as well as during subsequent relaxation, with and without light, for low and high fields. Diffusion is taken into account, and the significance of the boundary conditions is illustrated. The results imply, inter alia, a ‘‘reverse reciprocity failure.’’
