Zusammenfassung:Bi 1− x Sb x electrodeposition was carried out to investigate the effect of electrolysis parameters on crystal orientation. The films generally presented a fibre texture with the high density planes of the structure parallel to the substrate. Two fibre textures were observed: {1 0.1} h or {0 1.2} h. It is demonstrated that high polarisation values promote the {0 1.2} h texture while low ones lead to a {1 0.1} h fibre texture.
