Zusammenfassung: | This research evaluated the perception of teachers from a rural school about the organizational climate during the return to activities. Eighteen permanent and contracted teachers responded to a questionnaire that contained sociodemographic questions, the organizational climate scale and questions about satisfaction with returning to classes. The perception of the organizational climate was measured using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points of disagreement and agreement. The results demonstrated neutrality for all climate factors, with emphasis on the "control and pressure" factor, which, although neutral, was considered ideal for general evaluation and the "management support" factor, which despite neutrality was the one that came closest to high degree of agreement. It is concluded that teachers were unable to understand many of the variables that involve a satisfactory organizational climate and, therefore, this factor can reveal the major management challenges for this 100% in-person return. Esta pesquisa avaliou a percepcao de professores de uma escola rural sobre o clima organizacional durante o retorno as atividades. Dezoito professores efetivos e contratados responderam a um questionario que continha questoes sociodemograficas, a escala de clima organizacional e perguntas sobre a satisfacao com o retorno as aulas. A percepcao do clima organizacional foi medida atraves de uma escala Likert de 1 a 5 pontos de discordancia e concordancia. Os resultados demonstraram neutralidade para todos os fatores de clima, com destaque para o fator "controle e pressao" que embora neutro foi considerado ideal para avaliacao geral e o fator "apoio da chefia" que apesar da neutralidade foi o que mais se aproximou do alto grau de concordancia. Conclui-se que os professores nao conseguiram perceber muitas das variaveis que envolvem um clima organizacional satisfatorio e, portanto, este fator pode revelar os grandes desafios da gestao para esse retorno 100% presencial.
