Zusammenfassung: | The relationship between organizations and their employees is intrinsically linked to People Management. Conflicts arise daily in the professional environment due to the need for communication and relationships. What are the challenges faced in managing conflicts in work relationships? In this context, this study aims to understand and analyze the problems faced in the management of conflicts that arise in interactions between employers, employees and others involved in labor relations. To achieve this objective, a methodology based on bibliographical research was used, which involved collecting information from specialized sources on the subject. Currently, it is undeniable that conflict is a present reality in our lives and the way individuals react to it can vary significantly according to the effectiveness of its management. |
