Zusammenfassung:Organizations have constantly sought excellence in quality management, due to fierce competition and growing market expectations. The quality of the products or services offered by a company plays a crucial role in satisfying customers and building a positive opinion. In this work, some essential quality tools will be used to analyze a case study in a company in the automotive sector. The objective of this study is to demonstrate how quality management, using basic tools, can become a strategy for organizational growth. It will be evaluated how these tools can improve the quality and efficiency of processes in each specific context. During the development of this article, several quality tools will be explored, such as the Ishikawa Diagram, the GUT matrix and the Pareto Diagram, among others. Each of these tools will be presented in detail, along with practical examples of their application in the company in question. Mastering these quality tools can bring benefits to organizations, such as reducing costs, increasing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
