Zusammenfassung:When approaching management as a research object, almost immediately, questions arise related to managerial skills, necessary to administer, control and supervise resources and processes efficiently and effectively in organizations. However, despite focusing on these same management issues, School Management has a purpose that differentiates it, which is to provide quality in education. In order to contribute to the achievement of this purpose, this research aims to build an Integrative Framework, in which the characteristics of School Management are combined with the philosophy of the Montessori method. The method used to carry out the research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), a technique that allows the search for articles of interest in a potentiated and organized way, culminating in a greater number of studies, with results that objectively meet the needs required for the construction of the framework. Once the literature review was completed, the selected articles were selected, the data extracted, evaluated, analyzed and the results interpreted, allowing the construction of the proposed Integrative Framework. It is important to emphasize that its construction, as conceived, can help in the configuration of a more collaborative, safe, harmonious and diverse environment, giving School Management a more human characteristic and open to dialogue.
