Study and development of AI algorithms for performance indicators analysis and classification/ Estudo e desenvolvimento de algoritmos de IA para analise de indicadores de desempenhos e classificacao

One way to work with indicators in an automated manner and achieve the desired results is to leverage digital technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI systems have a variety of applications, how generative IA (CHATGPT),including predictive analysis of operating system failures, facial recognition, preventive medicine, autonomous vehicles, financial markets, fraud detection, employee recruitment, consumer behavior, and much more. The main objective of this article is to study and analyze AI algorithms for manipulating performance and classification indicators and to develop software prototypes to apply them. The research methods used for the exploratory study will include literature review, documentary research, field meetings with experts and professionals from companies (in-person and virtual) to study and analyze the main AI algorithms for manipulating indicators. The software prototypes will be developed using current key technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Analytics, and Cloud Computing. In order for this study to present practical results and a portion of the generated algorithm, the researchers provide fragments of the codes generated in the application, and the computational indicators generated to also understand the performance development of each AI model generated in this study. In this sense, we conclude that there is a need to deepen research on algorithms and artificial intelligence and its variations given the breadth of existing innovations. In this context, such a condition is evident to develop the exploitation of the researched theme, and thus, have a comprehensive and robust work given the cutting-edge nature of the topic.
