Zusammenfassung:This article aims to analyze the role of education in democratic transformation, exploring the challenges and opportunities that arise in an ever-evolving world marked by the digital revolution, global climate change, and political transformations. To achieve this purpose, we will examine the theories of legal argumentation by Robert Alexy and the approach of development as freedom by Amartya Sen. Additionally, we will consider the arguments put forth by Carlos Ayres Britto, Daron Acemoglu, James A. Robinson, and other relevant authors in the fields of Law and Political Science. This work is based on extensive bibliographic research to understand the principles and foundations of Popular Education and Democratic Governance, with a focus on identifying their convergence around a political project for society.
