PERCEPTION ABOUT THE PROJECT "PREVENTION AND PROMOTION OF WOMEN'S HEALTH UNDERGOING THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT FOR DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ABUSE"/PERCEPCAO SOBRE O PROJETO "PREVENCAO E PROMOCAO DA SAUDE DA MULHER EM TRATAMENTO TERAPEUTICO QUE FAZEM USO ABUSIVO DE DROGAS E ALCOOL"/PERCEPCION SOBRE EL PROYECTO "PREVENCION Y PROMOCION DE LA SALUD DE LAS MUJERES EN TRATAMIENTO TERAPEUTICO POR ABUSO DE DROGAS Y ALCOHOL"

Despite the implementation of the Comprehensive Women's Health Policy by the Ministry of Health, social vulnerability persists among women, who are often unaware of their rights. The "Women's Health" outreach project was carried out in a therapeutic community that welcomes women who abuse alcohol and drugs in Maringa, with the aim of promoting disease prevention and health promotion in women in vulnerable situations. In order to assess the perception of the teachers organizing the project and the community coordinator about its impact, a qualitative study was conducted. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was applied via Google Forms with descriptive questions about the improvement of health care after the actions were carried out. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the relevance of the project, expanding its reach and enabling more people who work with women in vulnerable situations to adopt it. The aim is to promote a positive impact on the members of the organizing team in terms of satisfaction and personal development. The results showed satisfactory perceptions of the organizers regarding the development of the actions, a highly relevant perception of the community coordinator regarding the bazaar, greenhouse and awareness-raising actions about STIs, in addition to significant personal benefits during the development of the project for both organizers and local coordinator. In conclusion, despite the need for further research, it is suggested that the project continue given its positive perceptions and importance in relation to the reality of the women assisted. Apesar da implementacao da Politica Integral de Saude da Mulher pelo Ministerio da Saude, ha a persistencia da vulnerabilidade social entre as mulheres, que muitas vezes nao estao cientes de seus direitos. Foi realizado o projeto de extensao "Saude da Mulher" em uma comunidade terapeutica que acolhe mulheres que fazem uso abusivo de alcool e drogas em Maringa, com o objetivo de promover a prevencao de doencas e a promocao da saude em mulheres em situacao de vulnerabilidade.
