Zusammenfassung: | The wine sector is increasingly focused on sustainability, driven by environmental concerns and consumer demands. As demanding consumers question the methods adopted by wineries increasingly aimed at environmental preservation and the biological quality of their products, this study aimed to identify which sustainable practices are adopted by wineries. To achieve the objective, the systematic review method was chosen. It was noted from the findings of the systematic review that in recent decades, there has been a significant increase in the use of sustainable practices, although the lack of unified guidelines results in a variety of approaches adopted by wineries. Biodynamic viticulture, for example, has gained popularity despite scientific controversies and a lack of uniform regulations. In summary, the wine industry is facing significant challenges related to sustainability, but is also exploring new opportunities through innovation and collaboration, aiming to ensure a sustainable future for wine production. O setor vitivinicola esta cada vez mais focado na sustentabilidade, impulsionado por preocupacoes ambientais e demandas dos consumidores. Como os consumidores exigentes questionam os metodos adotados pelas vinicolas cada vez mais visando a preservacao ambiental e a qualidade biologica dos seus produtos, esse estudo teve como objetivo identificar quais praticas sustentaveis sao adotadas pela vinicolas. Para o alcance do objetivo foi escolhido o metodo da revisao sistematica. Foi percebido pelos achados da revisao sistematica que nas ultimas decadas, houve um aumento significativo no uso de praticas sustentaveis, embora a falta de diretrizes unificadas resulte em uma variedade de abordagens adotadas pelas vinicolas. A viticultura biodinamica, por exemplo, tem ganhado popularidade, apesar das controversias cientificas e da falta de regulamentacoes uniformes. Em resumo, a industria vitivinicola esta enfrentando desafios significativos relacionados a sustentabilidade, mas tambem esta explorando novas oportunidades atraves da inovacao e da colaboracao, visando garantir um futuro sustentavel para a producao de vinho.
