Zusammenfassung: | Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is defined by a neurodevelopmental disorder, characterized by deficits in the triad: communication, socialization and behavior. It is marked by difficulty in acquiring new skills and performing important functions for child development. This study aimed to mention the contributions of musicalization to the learning of children with ASD. The theme is descriptive in nature, as it comprises a bibliographical survey targeting articles, authors and objectives of published works, which are found on research platforms, and in searches in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), SCIELO and the Google Scholar tool, with a time cut of 10 years (2014 to 2024). According to the reading of titles and abstracts, articles available in English, Portuguese and Spanish were selected, in the searched databases, it was found that Autism Spectrum Disorder is a subject that is currently highlighted and that speech therapy intervention with the The use of music achieves significant results in terms of gaining new skills. It is concluded that musicalization in the clinical context provides better performance of functions and development of autistic children, in addition to promoting the gain of numerous skills. O Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e definido por um desarranjo no neurodesenvolvimento, caracterizado por deficits na triade: comunicacao, socializacao e comportamento. E marcado pela dificuldade na aquisicao de novas habilidades e no desempenho de funcoes importantes para o desenvolvimento infantil. Este estudo teve como objetivo mencionar as contribuicoes da musicalizacao no aprendizado de criancas com TEA. A tematica e de carater descritivo, pois compreende o levantamento bibliografico com direcionamento de artigos, autores e objetivos de trabalhos publicados, que se encontram em plataformas de pesquisas, e nas buscas na Biblioteca Virtual em Saude (BVS), SCIELO e na ferramenta Google Academico, tendo o corte de tempo de 10 anos (2014 a 2024). Segundo a leitura de titulos e resumos, foram selecionados artigos disponiveis em ingles, portugues e espanhol, nas bases de dados pesquisadas, constatou-se que o Transtorno do Espectro Autista e um assunto que esta em destaque na atualidade e que a intervencao fonoaudiologica com o uso da musica, alcanca resultados significativos no que se refere ao ganho de novas habilidades.
