Zusammenfassung: | Promoting inclusion and diversity in education, with a focus on analyzing public management policies and practices to meet the needs of students with functional diversity, is a moral and educational imperative. By recognizing and valuing the diversity of students' skills, experiences, and perspectives, we can create more welcoming and inclusive educational environments where all students can reach their full academic and personal potential. However, despite the progress made, there are still significant challenges to be overcome in promoting inclusion and diversity in education. This includes the need to overcome cultural and attitudinal barriers, ensure adequate access to resources and supports, and train education professionals to meet the diverse needs of students. The present study aims to analyze public management policies and practices in promoting inclusion and diversity in education, with a focus on meeting the needs of students with functional diversity. This is a qualitative research, through a bibliographic review. It is concluded that with continued commitment and collaboration between different stakeholders, we can work to create a fairer, more equitable and inclusive educational system for all students, regardless of their individual characteristics. A promocao da inclusao e diversidade na educacao, com foco na analise das politicas e praticas de gestao publica para atender as necessidades de estudantes com diversidade funcional, e um imperativo moral e educacional. Ao reconhecer e valorizar a diversidade de habilidades, experiencias e perspectivas dos alunos, podemos criar ambientes educacionais mais acolhedores e inclusivos, onde todos os alunos possam alcancar seu pleno potencial academico e pessoal. No entanto, apesar dos progressos realizados, ainda existem desafios significativos a serem superados na promocao da inclusao e diversidade na educacao. Isso inclui a necessidade de superar barreiras culturais e atitudinais, garantir o acesso adequado a recursos e apoios, e capacitar os profissionais da educacao para atender as necessidades diversificadas dos alunos. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as politicas e praticas de gestao publica na promocao da inclusao e diversidade na educacao, com foco no atendimento as necessidades de estudantes com diversidade funcional.
