Zusammenfassung: | The initial training of educators needs to be the basis for building pedagogical practices that help the student's development and learning, in addition to, of course, serving as a basis for continued training, so that the educator is always in search of new knowledge. Continuing training helps the educator to develop new skills and abilities that are important for the construction of pedagogical practices and, mainly, for the educator to be able to reconstruct their practices whenever the student's learning barriers require it. The educator needs to understand that the world is always going through changes just as its students are transforming, at each moment they will come across different people with different characteristics and who learn and develop in different ways, thus they need to acquire the necessary knowledge to face these changes and overcome the challenges that education imposes on them. So that they can form citizens who can change the society around them and prepare themselves for life outside of school. Keywords: Initial training; continuing training; educator; learning. A formacao inicial dos educadores precisa ser a base para construcao de praticas pedagogicas que auxiliem o desenvolvimento e aprendizado do educando, alem e claro de servir como base para as formacoes continuadas, para que dessa maneira o educador esteja sempre em busca de novos conhecimentos. As formacoes continuadas ajudam o educador no desenvolvimento de novas competencias e habilidades importantes para a construcao de praticas pedagogicas e principalmente para que o educador consiga reconstruir suas praticas sempre que as barreiras de aprendizagem do educando assim exigir. O educador precisa entender que o mundo esta sempre passando por mudancas assim como seus educandos vao se transformando, a cada momento ira se deparar com pessoas diferentes com caracteristicas diferentes e que aprendem e se desenvolvem de maneira diferente, dessa forma precisa adquirir conhecimentos necessarios para enfrentar essas mudancas e vencer os desafios que a educacao os impoe. Para que assim consigam formar cidadaos que consigam mudar a sociedade ao seu redor e consigam se preparar para a vida fora da escola.
