Zusammenfassung:Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic caused many educational institutions to adjust their teaching methods, adopting remote teaching and later hybrid teaching. This reconfiguration of teaching proved to be challenging, especially for the Nursing course, which presents an irreplaceable interaction between theoretical knowledge and practice. Objective: to discuss the Nursing undergraduate training process at a public university in Brazil during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, from the students' perspective. Method: this is a qualitative research with a sociopoetic approach carried out with 8 undergraduate Nursing students from a Federal University, who adopted an emergency teaching model during the period of the covid-19 pandemic. Data production took place in two remote meetings with the sociopoetic experimentation called "Flavors of Life" where participants made an analogy between flavors and the training process. Results: three confections were created by the participants--concepts with affections: "Morango da Formacao", "Learning half bitter" and "PF with Love". These confetti illustrate, respectively, the experiences reported by nursing graduates during the emergency teaching adopted during the Covid-19 pandemic, among them, enriching and tasty activities, but which underwent adaptations such as extracurricular activities such as scientific initiation, scientific event and internship. As well as unpleasant experiences such as physical distancing and sometimes conflicting interactions with teachers and health professionals during theoretical and practical teaching. Conclusion: The study reinforced the importance of teaching in a fully face-to-face format and revealed that the essential ingredient to guarantee good training is the love and empathy of teachers towards students. Introducao: A pandemia de Covid-19 fez com que muitas instituicoes de ensino ajustassem os metodos de ensino, adotando o ensino remoto e posteriormente o ensino hibrido. Essa reconfiguracao do ensino mostrou-se desafiadora sobretudo para o curso de Enfermagem, o qual apresenta uma interacao insubstituivel de conhecimentos teoricos com a pratica.
