Zusammenfassung:This article aimed to describe satisfaction with the reception of people with disabilities enrolled at UFMG. This is an e-survey type study. The questionnaire contained eight questions. Of the 48 responding students, 31% had a physical disability, 29% a neuroatypical condition. Most disabilities were congenital. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlational statistics. Five constructs had an average below 3 points on the Likert scale, and none of them had an average equal to or above 4, indicating dissatisfaction or not dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided, considered bad or at most good. The qualifications and preparation of health professionals in public services and at administrative level received lower grades. From a theoretical point of view, the contribution of this study was to propose a scale for carrying out studies of a quantitative nature. From a practical point of view, the research results can provide necessary information for managers of public and private health services, so that they can develop actions to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, eliminating barriers and improving access for these users. Keywords: Reception; disabled people; health services; satisfaction; quality. Este artigo objetivou descrever a satisfacao com o acolhimento de pessoas com deficiencia matriculadas na UFMG. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo e-survey. O questionario continha oito questoes. Dos 48 alunos respondentes, 31% possuiam deficiencia fisica, 29% condicao neuroatipica. A maioria das deficiencias era congenita. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatistica descritiva e correlacional. Cinco constructos tiveram media abaixo de 3 pontos na escala likert, e nenhum deles teve media igual ou acima de 4, indicando insatisfacao ou nao insatisfacao com a qualidade dos servicos prestados, considerados ruins ou no maximo bons. A qualificacao e preparo dos profissionais de saude dos servicos publicos e de nivel administrativo receberam notas mais baixas. Do ponto de vista teorico, a contribuicao deste estudo foi preencher propor uma escala para a realizacao de estudos de natureza quantitativa. Do ponto de vista pratico, os resultados da pesquisa podem fornecer informacoes necessarias aos gestores dos servicos de saude, publicos e privados, para que desenvolvam acoes de promocao da inclusao das pessoas com deficiencia, eliminando barreiras e melhorando o acesso desses usuarios.
