This study investigates Mullerian malformations, congenital anomalies of the female reproductive system, addressing their prevalence, classification, clinical manifestations, and management options. Initially, we justify the importance of the topic given its clinical relevance and impact on women's reproductive and psychological health. Objectives include the analysis of key classifications, such as the American Fertility Society (AFS) classification, and the review of diagnostic options, such as magnetic resonance imaging and hysteroscopy. The methodology involves a systematic review of the literature, covering recent studies and relevant reviews. Results highlight the diversity of clinical presentations of Mullerian malformations and individualized therapeutic approaches.
