Zusammenfassung: | The identity, culture and natural language of people who are deaf or hard of hearing are being reviewed in order to guarantee their rights and duties. With this in mind, this study aims to analyze interpersonal relationships involving students who are deaf or hard of hearing in learning environments, pointing to alternative courses of action that contribute to their inclusion in mainstream education. It is a descriptive study, with an exploratory dimension, and followed a qualitative approach, accompanied by quantitative treatment. It was carried out by means of bibliographical research, documentary analysis and a field study of the case type, with the application of a questionnaire, involving twelve subjects (teachers, administrative technicians and managers) who work in a school located in the municipality of Porto Grande, Amapa. It includes an introduction, a methodological approach, results and discussions and final considerations. The results indicate that the education and inclusion of deaf or hard-of-hearing students should be promoted in a way that allows them to develop their potential within their limitations. A identidade, a cultura e a lingua natural de pessoas surdas ou com surdez estao sendo revistas no sentido de garantir direitos e deveres. Nesta direcao, este estudo tem a finalidade de analisar relacoes interpessoais envolvendo estudantes surdos ou com surdez em ambientes de aprendizagem, apontando alternativas de acao que contribuam para a sua inclusao no ensino regular. Constituida como pesquisa descritiva, com dimensao exploratoria, seguiu abordagem qualitativa, acompanhada por tratamento quantitativo. Foi realizada por meio de pesquisa bibliografica, analise documental e de campo, do tipo estudo de caso, com a aplicacao de um questionario, envolvendo doze sujeitos (professores, tecnicos administrativos e gestores) que atuam numa escola localizada no municipio de Porto Grande, Amapa. Na sua constituicao, consta: introducao, percurso metodologico, resultados e discussoes e consideracoes finais. Os resultados indicam que a educacao e inclusao de estudantes surdos ou com surdez devem ser promovidas de forma que permita o desenvolvimento de suas potencialidades dentro de suas limitacoes.
