Zusammenfassung:Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common type of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. This article discusses the management of MF at our institute in view of the international guidelines with modifications according to the available facilities and suggested a stepwise algorithm for management of different stages of MF focusing mainly on early stages.
