Zusammenfassung: | This article seeks to expose the situations of silencing (Orlandi, 2018) among children (5 to 9 years-old), residents of Curitiba area, during an activity inspired by the Disney Princess narrative. We developed a methodology based on the Discourse Analysis, adapted to the particularities of childhood development (Piaget, 1999). During a playful activity, the children produced drawings, collages, and speeches that revealed three types of silencing of significants attributed to the female by the discursive memory: 1) literal silence; 2) non-say; 3) dialogue as a form of resistance (Pecheux, 1990). In dialogue, the children occupied the counter- identification relative to the main discourse about gender, aka "princess culture". |
