Zusammenfassung:Objective: To explore the impact of intrathecal blocking anesthesia with fentanyl and bupivacaine on the effect of labour analgesia and degree of perineal laceration in puerperae undergoing natural delivery. Methods: The clinical data of 80 puerperae undergoing natural delivery in the Department of Obstetrics of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the retrospective analysis, and the patients were divided into the study group (SG, n=40, intrathecal blocking anesthesia) and the reference group (RG, n=40, noninvasive delivery technique), so as to compare the puerperia's degree of perineal laceration, occurrence of postpartum complications, etc. between the two groups.
