Zusammenfassung:Objective: To research how multi-sector collaboration in nursing might improve the coronary CT angiography (CCTA) assessment procedure. Methods: Our hospital's CCTA database was mined for data on 96 patients who were scanned between January 2021 and March 2022. Each group consisted of 48 participants, and they were randomly assigned to either the research group or the control group. By comparison, the study group received multi-departmental collaborative care based on the standard of care established by the control group, which received normal nurse intervention. Two groups were compared on a number of factors including readiness rate, one-time success rate, waiting time for examination, scanning time, radiation dose (ED), and nurse satisfaction at discharge.
