Zusammenfassung:It presents a comparative analysis between the CrowdHeritage and Arquigrafia platforms whose proposals for information representation collaborative models contribute to the production of metadata in the context of cultural heritage, especially from folksonomy. Its objective is to analyze the collaborative practices of informational resources representation in those platforms, in view of the potentialities of folksonomy for the representation of information and knowledge. It uses bibliographic and documentary research as a methodology, with an exploratory-descriptive and qualitative approach, using content analysis as a method. From the establishment and analysis of the categories, it appears that the two proposals strive to create an environment for users to feel motivated to contribute, characterizing crowdsourcing services. In the case of CrowdHeritage, it is observed that when offering campaigns with a large base of suggested terms for users, with thematic vocabularies in Linked Data, the level of contribution is restricted by the editors of the campaigns, characterizing an assisted folksonomy process. In Arquigrafia, the user has greater freedom of choice of tags by being able to insert a set of descriptors for each new image sent or to suggest and correct tags assigned by third parties, feeding a collaborative vocabulary, and featuring a hybrid system of knowledge organization.
