INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN 4.0/ GESTAO DA INFORMACAO E DO CONHECIMENTO NA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS 4.0/ GESTION DE LA INFORMACION Y EL CONOCIMIENTO EN LA CADENA DE SUMINISTRO 4.0

The technologies adopted in supply chain transactions, more precisely in production processes, have been responsible for enabling the fourth industrial revolution through the personalization of mass production, intelligent production processes and enabling innovation in business models. In this context, the establishment of an integrated information system that facilitates innovation and the dissemination of knowledge throughout the supply chain is paramount. Given the growing importance of the 4.0 supply chain, as well as the industry 4.0 inserted in it, and assuming that information systems are integral components of knowledge management systems, this article aimed to identify, through scientific publications, how Information systems can enable an enabling environment for knowledge management to achieve greater competitiveness in the 4.0 supply chain and the 4.0 industry. A qualitative, exploratory-descriptive and bibliographical research was undertaken regarding the means, by relating published references and discussing the scientific contributions of the researched constructs. As a result, technology tools used to enable knowledge management in supply chain 4.0 and industry 4.0 to enhance competitiveness and leverage their performance were indicated. As tecnologias adotadas nas transacoes das cadeias de suprimentos, mais propriamente nos processos produtivos, tem sido responsaveis por possibilitar a quarta revolucao industrial atraves da personalizacao da producao em massa, processos de producao inteligentes e viabilizacao da inovacao nos modelos de negocios. Torna-se primordial neste contexto o estabelecimento de um sistema de informacao integrado, que facilite a inovacao e a difusao do conhecimento ao longo da cadeia de suprimentos. Diante da crescente importancia da cadeia de suprimentos 4.0, bem como, da industria 4.0 nela inserida, e partindo do pressuposto que os sistemas de informacao sao componentes integrais dos sistemas de gestao do conhecimento, este artigo objetivou identificar, por meio de publicacoes cientificas, como os sistemas de informacao podem possibilitar um ambiente propicio ao gerenciamento do conhecimento para obtencao de maior competitividade na cadeia de suprimentos 4.0 e na industria 4.0.
