Discourse analysis of the political cartoon gado demais: From the effects of senses to the Group Psychology And the Analysis of the Ego/ Analise do discurso da charge politica Gado demais: dos efeitos de sentidos a Psicologia das Massas e a Analise do Eu

This paper presentes the analysis of the discursive functioning of the cartoon Gado Demais, by Vitor Teixeira, published on social networks, in 2019. This is the theoretical-methodological application of the Analysis of The French Line Discourse (AD), with the objective of analyzing the meanings mobilized by the cartoonist to elaborate a political critique of supporter sand the current Brazilian government. In this analysis, the movements of deidentification na didentification in opposite discursive formations are observed, within the scope of politics, as well as the slips of meanings and the operationalization of the metaphor in there signification of the already said. The effects of meanings and the irrelations with interdiscourse are referred to the presuppositions of The Psychology of the Masses and Analysis of the Ego, by Sigmund Freud, written in 1921. Of the reflections, instigating the actuality of the aspects addressed, we are particularly interested in the critical dialogue that Freud establishes with social psychology and anthropology to introduce propositions of psychoanalysis in the understanding of the psyche of the masses. To this end, the gesture of interpretation that seeks in the discursivity of the cartoon its relational dynamics with a discursive process that precedes it is used.
