METHODS OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOB O ENFOQUE DA SUSTENTABILIDADE MULTIDIMENSIONAL

The objective was to analyze whether the RAD methods comply with the environmental, economic, ethical, legal-political and social dimensions of sustainability, as proposed by the indoctrinator Juarez Freitas. The main method of approach was deductive, because, based on teachings on the subject, whether these methods fulfill multidimensional sustainability. It was concluded that the RAD methods bring a different perspective on the application of justice--views closer to law and society. And with the application of sustainable decisions, not only in the environmental sphere, but in other areas, it must be recognized that the methods comply with the principle of multidimensional sustainability.
