Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this quantitative study was to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on public schools from the perspective of teachers in the classroom. Graduate students who are enrolled in on-line courses were surveyed to determine their perceptions of the COVID-19 within their own districts and/or classrooms. The survey was distributed via Qualtrics to candidates in a graduate level on-line course at a 4-year university. The survey consisted of 10 questions specifically designed to illicit responses to determine the financial and academic impact of COVID-19. The survey utilized a Likert-Scale to determine educator perceptions. Descriptive statistics were gathered and analyzed to determine how educators view the impact of COVID-19. Results of the survey indicated participants felt that COVID-19 has impacted the academic growth of students, as well as other areas of public school.
