Zusammenfassung: | The Southern Gaul is characterized by a strong Phocean presence. Even if the Phocean are the latest Greeks arrived in the Occidental Mediterranean Sea, their colonization is the only one who extended in the North of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the most persisting phenomenon from the VIIth to the IIth century BC. This paper shows the link between the Greek's settlements and the local populations. The first contacts consisted in some materials tracks in the Celtic necropolises of the Southern Gaul. From the foundation of Marseille, in 600 BC, the culture and politic area changed durably. This article presents the cultural transfers and the Processes of Greek's installation in the urban context of Marseille and Olbia-deProvence, one of the five colonies of Marseille on the Celtic Mediterranean coast. |
