BETWEEN VERIFICATION AND DENIALISM: THE PERCEPTION OF THE FEDERAL DEPUTIES OF THE 53RD AND 54TH LEGISLATURES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION OF TRUTH IN BRAZIL/ENTRE A APURACAO E O NEGACIONISMO: A PERCEPCAO DOS FEDERAIS DA 53 E 54 LEGISLATURAS SOBRE A IMPLEMENTACAO DA LEI DA COMISSAO NACIONAL DA VERDADE NO BRASIL

The article seeks to understand the behavior of the Chamber of Deputies before the process of the Law that established the National Commission of Truth in Brazil. The research analyzed how the Brazilian political class interpreted the measure of transitional justice, from the following question: how the deputies of the 53rd and 54th legislatures perceived the implementation of the National Commission of Truth by Law 12.528 / 2011? The investigation collected the data on the website of the Chamber of Deputies and analyzed 166 pronouncements. Through a content analysis and network analysis, using the website Textometrica and Gephi software, the main terms that appear in the statements of the federal deputies were identified and analyzed. Through the investigation, it was possible to identify different interpretations in the Federal Chamber on the civil-military dictatorship, showing that left and center-left parties supported the measure and have a critical view of the regime. The central, right-center and right-wing parties have more than one interpretation, with different narratives and actors that promote a historical revisionism about the Brazilian political past. O artigo busca compreender o comportamento da Camara dos Deputados perante a tramitacao da lei que instaurou a Comissao Nacional da Verdade no Brasil. A pesquisa analisou como a classe politica brasileira interpretou a medida de justica transicional a partir do seguinte questionamento: como os(as) deputados(as) das 53a e 54a legislaturas perceberam a implementacao da Comissao Nacional da Verdade pela Lei 12.528/2011? A investigacao coletou os dados no site da Camara dos Deputados e analisou 166 pronunciamentos. Atraves de analise de conteudo e analise de redes, utilizando os sites Textometrica e o software Gephi, foi identificado e analisado os principais termos que aparecem nos pronunciamentos. Por meio dos resultados e possivel identificar diferentes interpretacoes sobre a ditadura civil-militar, mostrando que os partidos de esquerda e centro-esquerda, apoiaram a medida e possuem uma visao critica ao regime. Ja os partidos de centro, centro-direita e direita, possuem mais de uma interpretacao, com narrativas diferentes e atores que promovem um revisionismo historico acerca do passado politico brasileiro.
