Zusammenfassung: | The Food Acquisition Program aims to strengthen family farming by stimulating production and commercialization, as well as promoting the processing and industrialization of food. The objective was to analyze the commercialization of food with added value by the family agriculture beneficiary of the Food Acquisition Program in the Brazilian states in the year 2014 and to reflect on the possible associated factors. For this, secondary data was collected from the Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento. In Rio Grande do Sul and Goias, 24% of sales had added value, in Bahia 17%, Amazonas 11% and Sao Paulo 3%. No matter how small the stage of agroindustrialization, the farmers added value to the production, however the commercialization was low. In addition to the national policies, state actions were examined to agroindustrialization that possibly impacting on commercialization of food with added value. |
