Zusammenfassung:With the ascension of the academic productivism, it is necessary to expand our levels of understanding about the backstage of the academic writing process in Law. Analysing the psicosocial conditions that presuppose the writing craft, we diagnosed the way in which certain pathologic mechanisms are constituted in academic writing, such as "self-handicapping", the procrastination and the imposter syndrome, which tend to aggravate under the influence of the paradigm of "publish or perish". As a counterpoint, we have built a catalog of strategies and singular arrangements made by writers of Literature and Law, with the objective of improving their own competences of self-regulation and time management, with the objective of safeguarding their writings quality . Com a ascensao do produtivismo academico, torna-se necessario ampliar os nossos niveis de compreensao sobre os bastidores do processo de escrita academica em Direito. Analisando as condicoes psicossociais que pressupoem o oficio de escrever, tracamos alguns diagnosticos sobre o modo como se constituem certos mecanismos patologicos no ambito da escrita academica, tais como o "self-handicapping", a procrastinacao e a sindrome do impostor, os quais tendem a se agravar sob os influxos do paradigma "publish or perish". Para efeito de contraponto, elencamos um catalogo de estrategias e de arranjos singulares construidos por escritores de Literatura e de Direito, com o objetivo de aprimorar as suas competencias de autorregulacao e de gestao do tempo, a fim de salvaguardar a qualidade de sua escrita .
