Zusammenfassung: | With the development of CT medical imaging technology, the measurement of geometric parameters of human tissues and organs in vivo has been realized. This paper combines human kinematics with medical images to analyze the effects of different motion modes on the geometric structure of bone. The wrist bones of 20 subjects were scanned by spiral CT, and the two-dimensional images were filtered, subtracted, enlarged and segmented. Then the gray scale and ansa of the angle of carpal bone, pea bone and triangle bone were measured. Finally, statistical analysis was carried out to analyze the difference of the influence of two different exercise modes on carpal bone. Through the measurement and analysis of wrist angle data, it is confirmed that the external stress can affect the shape and structure of the skeleton, and the structure of the skeleton changes adaptively with different movement modes.
