Zusammenfassung:The Brazilian economic order, based on Article 170, "caput" of the Constitution, includes a plurality of interests that, at first, appear to be antagonistic, but have a common goal, namely: conduct the dignity of the human person. Thus, when the moral values that make up an ethical act are analyzed, it is clear that both seek to achieve human rights, so that we can speak in a double ethical requirement of a business ethics (moral and constitutional level) existing in Brazil. However, despite these views, it appears that most companies still do not guide their performance in a totality under such a prism, which makes this work consider whether it is really possible to demand such a stance the private sector.
