I propose to designate this contemporary analogy weakness as 'infirmitati', meditating Richard of Saint Victor (c.1123-1173) and Marshall McLuhan. This a conceptual setting to present the 18 articles that constitute this issue, proposing a scope to mess with the raw matter of art education.
