Zusammenfassung:This article aimed to investigate the perception of real estate service providers in the city of Garibaldi, RS, regarding the formation of cooperation networks. From a qualitative approach, with an exploratory and descriptive objective, semi-structured interviews were conducted in a period of two months, where five real estate service providers were interviewed, aiming to measure the adherence of the answers to the bibliographic reference. The comparison of the answers to the bibliography indicates the validity of the perception of cooperation networks as an instrument of competitiveness and knowledge transfer and from this, organizations can preserve their space in the market.
