Interconstitutionalism as a way of decentralized juridical production inside the new state observations/A interconstitucionalidade como producao juridica descentralizada dentro das novas observacoes estatais

The following article has as aim the analysis of the new complex processes of civilization and its reflexives developments on contemporary constitutional theory. With this aim in mind, it evaluates the systemic connection between Luhmann's matrix and the new ways of Post-Modernity constitution theories, through a dialog in a communicative net between these theories policentrically. The method used to talk about the subject will be the autopoietic systems theory brought to the world by Niklas Luhmann, because it allows observing the phenomena of complex constitutionalism in post-modernity, what constitutes the essence of the constitutional thought, provoking an interpretation around the possibility of answering the classical theories about the complexity of nowadays societies, aiming through the constitutional theory of interconstitutionality, to get new proposes up to constitutionalism.
