Zusammenfassung:This study analyzes the quality of the experience and its relation with the satisfaction and intention of return of the park Beto Carrero World among young gauchos. We investigated the interrelationships between quality of experience, quality of interaction, physical environment, output and access results, as well as satisfaction of experience and intention to return. The research is considered descriptive and quantitative, through a survey adapted from the studies of Wu, Li & Li (2014). Data collection was carried out in August 2016, with 429 students of higher education, technical and medium. By means of the hypothesis test, the results show that the physical environment and the output dimension influence the quality of the experience, the quality of the experience influences the satisfaction of the experience, while the satisfaction of the experience influences the intention of return and, confirmed that the intention of return influences the quality of the experience, demonstrating that the quality of the experience precedes the intention of return. However, it has been proven that the quality of the interaction does not positively impact the quality of the experience. Keywords: Satisfaction. Revisit intention. Theme parks. Este estudo analisa a qualidade da experiencia e suas relacoes com a satisfacao e a intencao de retorno do parque Beto Carrero World entre jovens gauchos. Foram investigadas as inter-relacoes entre qualidade da experiencia, qualidade da interacao, do ambiente fisico, do resultado da saida e do acesso, bem como a satisfacao da experiencia e a intencao de retorno. A pesquisa e considerada descritiva e quantitativa, por meio de uma survey adaptada dos estudos de Wu, Li & Li (2014). A coleta de dados foi realizada no periodo de Agosto de 2016, com 429 estudantes do ensino superior, tecnico e medio. Por meio do teste de hipoteses, destacam-se como resultados que as dimensoes ambiente fisico e a saida influenciam a qualidade da experiencia, a qualidade da experiencia influencia satisfacao da experiencia, ja a satisfacao da experiencia influencia a intencao de retorno e, ainda, foi confirmado que a intencao de retorno influencia a qualidade da experiencia, demonstrando que a qualidade da experiencia antecede a intencao de retorno.
