Zusammenfassung:Introduction: The main problem with food for children and adolescents is the quality of food eaten due to access to industrialized foods. Objective: To perform the analysis of the ingestion of industrialized foods by children and adolescents and its relation with chronic pathologies; Critical analysis of food labeling and epidemiological surveys. Methodology: Data collection was carried out in a supermarket in Teresina-Piaui, through the analysis of the labels of foods most consumed by children and adolescents, verifying the possible chronic pathologies that these foods can take this population under study. Observing the researches of the (IBGE), and (PENSE) and the (VIGITEL). RESULTS: Data from the (IBGE), (PENSE) from 2008 to 2015, showed a higher consumption of food such as: Soft drinks and sweets, 50.9% in the (PENSE) Of 2009; And soft drinks and 70.6% in the (PENSE) of 2015; (IBGE) 47.9% of soft drinks. According to the epidemiological survey Surveillance of risk factors and protection for chronic diseases by telephone survey to an increase in the percentage of non-communicable chronic diseases in the period from 2011 to 2015. Regarding the composition of the labels analyzed it was found that the filled biscuits presented an increase with respect to the composition of the other products analyzed. Conclusion: It is concluded that the ingestion of industrialized foods most consumed by children and adolescents and the current nutritional risk described in the analysis of the labels and in the epidemiological surveys shows an increase in the appearance of chronic diseases such as hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases related to ingestion of these processed foods. Introducao: O principal problema quanto a alimentacao de criancas e adolescentes e a qualidade dos alimentos ingeridos, devido ao acesso a alimentos industrializados. Objetivo: Realizar a analise da ingestao de alimentos industrializados por criancas e adolescentes e sua relacao com patologias cronicas; analise critica da rotulagem dos alimentos e dos inqueritos epidemiologicos. Metodologia: A coleta de dados foi realizada em um supermercado de Teresina-PI, por meio da analise dos rotulos dos alimentos mais consumidos por criancas e adolescentes, verificando as possiveis patologias cronicas que esses alimentos podem leva essa populacao em estudo.
