This article aims to outline methodological contributions of the Marxist Dependency Theory for studies related to the Marxist Critique to Law and focuses on the proposal of Ruy Mauro Marini from his writings about Dialectics of Dependence and Analysis of mechanisms to protect wage in the sphere of production, in order to sketch a theory of dependent juridical relation.
