Zusammenfassung: | The social role of field workers worldwide has changed since the introduction of capitalism. Gone was the glory days in which his work was considered extremely essential, since they were the producers of raw materials, especially food. Currently the workforce of farmers is replaced with technology and machines, which consequently generates its exploitation and subjugation, causing greater vulnerability and exclusion in the system.Keywords: WORKERS, WORKERS, LEGISLATION, OVEREXPLOITATION.El rol social de los trabajadores del campo a nivel mundial ha cambiado desde la implantacion del capitalismo. Atras quedo la epoca de gloria en la que su trabajo era considerado sumamente indispensable, ya que ellos eran los productores de las materias primas, sobre todo, de los alimentos. Actualmente la fuerza de trabajo de los campesinos se sustituye con tecnologia y maquinas, lo que, en consecuencia, genera su sobreexplotacion y sometimiento, provocandoles una mayor vulnerabilidad y exclusion en el sistema.Palabras clave: JORNALEROS, TRABAJADORES, LEGISLACION, SOBREEXPLOTACION. |
