Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this paper is to present a description and analysis of the interactions between students participating in an educational activity conducted in an undergraduate higher education in the second half of 2013 in a regional university Colombia (University of Cundinamarca--Fusagasuga headquarters) using Social Network Analysis (SNA) [1] and determine if the behavior of individuals in the network somehow influences individual and group achievement. The tutor (co-author of this paper) established a collaborative environment as a learning strategy using Facebook, where course community could participate by contributing and discussing the topic of study related to the application of soft systems methodologies (MSS) in resolving unstructured problems [2]. |
