Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this study is to analyze the contemporary Mozambican lyrical production from some representative authors whose poetics is especially intimate. Initially, we will retake some elements from the formation of the literature of African countries with Portuguese as official language, especially Mozambique, in order to comprehend the epiccollective motivation at the moment of its consolidation, in the periods that preceded and succeeded the Portuguese decolonization. Afterwards, we will focus on four poets from Mozambique who have recently been published in Brazil, namely: Ana Mafalda Leite, Sangare Okapi, Sonia Sultuane and Hirondina Joshua, taking into account aspects that differentiate them from the poetics of previous periods, such as the valuation of the self, the feminine and the erotic, as well as the revisiting of authors who preceded them and the resumption of themes such as the Island of Mozambique and the Indian Ocean. To support our study, we will refer to Paz (2012), Mbembe (2014) and Noa (2002), among others. |
