Zusammenfassung:Amaç: Bati Karadeniz Bölgesi sivrisinek (Diptera: Culicidae) faunasini belirlemek amaciyla 2014 yili Haziran-Agustos aylari arasinda yapilmistir. Yöntemler: Bu çalismada 2014 yili Haziran-Agustos aylari arasinda Bati Karadeniz Bölgesi'ne ait 6 ilde (Bartin, Bolu, Duzce, Karabuk, Kastamonu ve Zonguldak) Onderstepoort tipi isik tuzaklari kullanilarak sivrisinek örnekleri yakalanmistir. Bulgular: Bu arastirmada 1843 sivrisinek örnegi toplanmis, 1529 sivrisinegin tur teshisleri yapilabilmis ve 4 cinse: Aedes (Ae.), Anopheles (An.), Culex (Cx.) ve Culiseta (Cs.) ait 13 tur; Ae. caspius, Ae. flavescens, Ae. pullatus, Ae. vexans, An. claviger, An. hyrcanus, An. maculipennis s.l., An. plumbeus, An. sacharovi, Cx. theileri, Cx. pipiens, Cs. annulata, Cs. longierolata saptanmistir. Ae. caspius (734), An. maculipennis (384), Cx. theileri (215) ve Cx. pipiens (85)'in baskin turler oldugu görulmustur. En çok sivrisinek örnegi Temmuz ayinda (1412), en az örnek ise Haziran ayinda (91) toplanmistir. Sonuç: Bu arastirma ile Turkiye'nin Bati Karadeniz bölgesinde 13 sivrisinek turu tespit edilmistir. Sivrisinekler sirasi ile en fazla Temmuz ve Agustos aylarinda toplanmistir. En baskin turler; sirasiyla Ae. caspius, An. maculipennis s.l., Cx. theileri ve Cx. pipiens olmustur. Anahtar Sözcukler: Anopheles, Aedes, Culex, Culiseta, Turkiye Objective: This study was carried out to detect mosquito (Diptera:Culicidae) fauna in the Western Black sea Region between June-August of 2014. Methods: In this study, mosquito specimens were captured by using Onderstepoort type light traps in 6 provinces (Bartin, Bolu, Duzce, Karabuk, Kastamonu and Zonguldak) of West Black Sea Region between June-August of 2014. Results: In total, 1843 mosquitoes were captured. 1529 of 1843 mosquitoes could be identified to species and 13 species; Ae. caspius, Ae. flavescens, Ae. pullatus, Ae. vexans, An. claviger, An. hyrcanus, An. maculipennis s.l., An. plumbeus, An. sacharovi, Cx. theileri, Cx. pipiens, Cs. annulata, Cs. longierolata belonging to four genera; (Aedes (Ae.), Anopheles (An.), Culex (Cx.) and Culiseta (Cs.) were detected in this study. Ae. caspius (734), An. maculipennis s.l. (384), Cx. theileri (215) and Cx. pipiens (85) were detected as dominant species, respectively. The highest mosquito specimens were caught in July (1412) and the lowest in June (91). The highest number mosquitoes were collected in Kastamonu (78).
