Zusammenfassung: | A series of [beta]-p-toluylacrylate salts with various amines that retained the molecular fragment responsible for the antibacterial activity were synthesized. A new efficient method for obtaining [beta]-aroylvinyl-1-pyridinium and -triphenylphosphonium bromides was proposed. Antibacterial testing showed that all investigated compounds possessed antibacterial properties. |
