Zusammenfassung:This article analyzes the hashtags used in the interactions posted on Twitter in the manifestations of March 15, 2015 as well as the answer given by the President Dilma Rousseff and by the government in a statement to the press, seeking to define the subject of the speech act, establish their role and verify the effectiveness of the communication contract. This research presents reflections of Levy and Lemos (2010), Santaella and Lemos (2010) and Israel (2010) on digital and social networks, such as Twitter; and Charaudeau (2014). Through the analysis, it is clear that voters are outside the verbal configuration, thus assuming the role of EUc and leaving the hashtags paper EUe; President Dilma is TUd, and the government, TUi. It is also notable that the communication contract was established because the TU recognizes the messages that the EUc.
