Zusammenfassung:The physalis (Physalis peruviana L.) is a fruit belonging to the Solanaceae family, widespread in the international market, mainly for its flavor and its medicinal characteristics, making it attractive to the market and marketing. This study aimed to determine and correlate the biometrics submitted by fruits and seeds and characterize physical, chemical and physicochemically physalis fruit grown in the greenhouse in Lavras-MG.
