Zusammenfassung: | The creatine is a derived substance of the meats and found in the human body mainly in the skeletal muscle in the free form or phosphorylated, tends function in the homeostase of the muscle energy metabolism. It is believed that the maintenance of the phosphocreatine levels in the skeletal muscle is important for the improvement of the athletes' performance. Showing that the increase of the phosphocreatine concentration in the muscle improves the acting. The mechanism for which the supplementation with creatine, has effects ergogenicos consists in an increase of the muscle content of creatine and phosphocreatine, allowing an increase in the speed of resynthesis of ATP, a decrease of the muscle fatigue and a better recovery during repeated exercises of high intensity. The supplementation of the diet with creatine in fact increases the concentration of muscle phosphocreatine showing that the increase of the performance is directly related with the accumulation of muscle creatine. With this has been trying to find mechanisms that improve the supplementation of the diet with creatine. For example, creatine supplementation with the caffeine. However the caffeine annuls the effect of the creatine when 2.5 milligrams, or superiors are consumed, for Kg of body weight of caffeine together with the creatine. The creatine supplementation with caffeine elevates in a significant way the stocks of free creatine and phosphocreatine, but the muscle acting only got better in the administration of the isolated creatine (in other words, without the caffeine). In some way the caffeine inhibited the resynthesis of PCr during the recovery, reducing the resynthesis of ATP and harming the muscle contraction. |
