A proposal of survey instrument for assessment to performance of project management office/Uma proposta de instrumento de pesquisa para a avaliacao do desempenho do escritorio de gerenciamentos de projetos

It is intrinsic to human nature measure to know something, this being an objective direct or indirect process of generation of information and absorption of knowledge. Given the gap in the discipline of Project Management in relation to the availability of validated survey instruments, the purpose of this paper is to present the development stages of an instrument for quantitative research in this area of knowledge. The statements were validated by Brazilians and International experts. This can be used to collect primary data in another study, in order to evaluate a conceptual model that is designed to measure the performance of the Project Management Office.
