On topological Brandt semigroups

On topological Brandt semigroups

We describe the structure of pseudocompact completely 0 -simple topological inverse semigroups. We also give sufficient conditions under which the topological Brandt λ 0 -extensions of an (absolutely) H -closed semigroup are (absolutely) H -closed semigroups.
